Frank Hall has been promoted to regional president - Florida at Cadence Bank. Hall will be responsible for overseeing the company's community banking operations in the Florida region and developing strategies to grow business within those markets. Hall earned his bachelor's degree from Florida State University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
