Brad Meltzer has joined South Florida-based Two Roads Development as Partner and President, overseeing real estate development activities and identifying new market opportunities. Previously Chairman and CEO of Plaza Construction, Meltzer has led dozens of major development projects, including One Thousand Museum in Miami and the Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach.
