W. Jan Pietruszka has been selected to serve as a regional leader for Shumaker's newly established Labor, Employment and Pensions Service Line. Jan is a Partner in the Tampa office and advises employers and executives on a wide variety of employment issues. He also defends and advises commercial property owners and tenants on Title III of the ADA.
