Benjamin R. Hanan, Partner in the Sarasota office, has been selected to serve as a regional leader for Shumaker's newly established Corporate, Tax and Transactions Service Line. Ben focuses his practice on business matters, such as entity formation, organizational and capital structure, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as estate planning.
