Tampa-bay based lobbying firm RSA Consulting has added Melody Arnold as Director of Government and Community Affairs. With over ten years of experience in the legislative process, Melody will help lead state-level health care advocacy at RSA and previously served as Associate Director of Government Relations at the Florida Health Care Association.
