Cogent Bank is expanding its already robust lending, depository, and treasury management products and services offerings with the addition of a Private Wealth Group. The expansion into Private Wealth is another step in Cogent's strategic plan to become a top-performing diversified and comprehensive financial provider in terms of growth, profit, risk management, and value. Clark will be based in Naples and oversee the division, which will serve clients statewide. Clark has more than 30 years of banking experience, most recently as President of the Private Wealth Group of CIT (formerly Mutual of Omaha Bank). Prior to CIT, John held senior roles in private wealth and commercial banking.
