The University of Florida has appointed Dr. Scott Angle its vice president for agriculture and natural resources. Angle had been director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Institute of Food and Agriculture. He will lead UF/IFAS teaching, research and Extension efforts with a vision to advance precision agriculture and expand access to experiential learning.
