Francisco Sánchez, who served as the Under Secretary of Commerce in charge of the International Trade Administration from 2010 to 2013, has joined Holland & Knight as co-chair of the firm's International Trade Practice. Mr. Sánchez will split his time between the firm's Tampa, Fla and Washington, D.C. offices.
