Women's Care Florida announces that Ellen Bower has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer. Bower will play a critical role in executing the company's Florida expansion plans. She will also oversee central operations, including the organization's laboratory expansion, statewide practice operations, facilities management, education and development, and continuous improvement.
