KAST Construction, one of the largest privately held general construction companies in the Southeast US, announced that Sean Ouellette has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Division Manager for its Tampa Business Unit. Sean will assume the leadership role for KAST's Tampa Division which is responsible for KAST's activities in Southwest and Central Florida.
