Michael Cheng has been appointed dean of Florida International University's Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. Cheng has served as interim dean of the Chaplin School since December 2017. Under Cheng's tenure, the four-year graduation rate increased, graduate wages increased, and the school is now ranked Top 50 in the QS World Rankings 2019.
