José Sirven has been appointed to serve as leader of Holland & Knight's Business Section, which has more than 550 lawyers in three areas - corporate transactions, finance and financial services, and private wealth services. Mr. Sirven has practiced in the financial services, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and cross-border fields for more than 30 years.
