GATES Construction is building Carl’s White Glove Personal Storage & Wine Vault located at 11201 Tamiami Trail East in Naples across from Treviso Bay. The storage and wine vault facility consists of a 3-story climate controlled building. With a portion of this dedicated solely to wine storage, the remainder of the space will be used for luxury storage units. The Wine Vault will provide comprehensive wine storage solutions to restaurants, wine clubs, brokers, and to individual collectors looking to protect their prized wine collections. The Wine Vault is fully equipped with an emergency back-up power system to maintain temperature and humidity during any power outage.
