Pedro Romano Fragoso Pires has joined Foley & Lardner in Miami as a member of its Business Law Department.

With more than 25 years of legal experience, he advises U.S. and foreign companies on business and general corporate matters between the U.S. and Brazil. He will enhance the firm's ability to meet the unique business demands of both domestic and foreign companies.
