GRAEF-USA Inc., has promoted Nelson Ortiz to be the leader of the company's Miami office. Ortiz previously served as vice president of Consulting Engineering & Science Inc. Ortiz has more than 23 years of experience in land development, utility systems design and coastal engineering. Milwaukee-based GRAEF acquired CES in 2018.
