Who said that?

"All of our films have a Florida element and are relevant to the people who live in this community."

-- Timothy Brown

Their 33rd anniversary is next month, and Lisa Mills and Timothy Brown are getting a much-desired gift. Their documentary feature “Marching Forward” will screen at the 28th annual Florida Film Festival.

It’s their 14th film together, and their third to show at the festival. Brown is a news videographer at WESH-Channel 2, where he has worked for 28 years. Former WESH producer Mills is an associate professor of film at University of Central Florida, where she has worked since 1999. They collaborate on the films, made by her UCF students, in his spare time.
