James Dawson has joined Holland & Knight as a partner. For the past 11 years, Mr. Dawson was an attorney in the legal department of NextEra Energy, Inc., where he handled federal tax litigation for the company and its subsidiaries. He focuses on complex IRS controversy matters, representing corporations and individuals during audits and in the U.S. Tax Court.
