Bluegreen Vacations Corp. (NYSE: BXG) named Kathy Foster SVP of Business Development & Innovation and appointed her to the Executive Committee. Foster will oversee construction/development, fee-based services client management, program development, inventory/project management, business process improvement, HOA billing and receivables, and Bluegreen Vacations Club Manager.
