Rogers Towers shareholder and board member, Wyman R. Duggan, was elected to be District 15's next State Representative. Duggan has been with Rogers Towers for 14 years and his practice areas include land use, zoning, and property tax valuation changes. A commissioned U.S. Marine Corps officer, Duggan earned his law degree from William & Mary College.
