Mark Douglas "Doug" Baker, M.D., joins Johns Hopkins All Children's as chief of population health and assistant dean for Johns Hopkins All Children's faculty. Dr. Baker is a professor of pediatrics for Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and recognized internationally for his research into the management of fever in infants.
