Ocala-based Heart of Florida Health Center, which provides medical and dental care predominately to the poor, has selected Jamie Ulmer to serve as its new chief executive officer. "The healthcare field has been a lifelong passion that has culminated in this wonderful opportunity," Ulmer said of the announcement.
