Ron Sachs, Sachs Media Group founder/CEO, announced major new roles for key company leaders. Michelle Ubben (far left), a 20-year veteran of the firm, has been promoted to President. Ubben previously had a successful 14-year career in state government, directing communications for four state agencies. Ryan Cohn, who has led the firm's digital practice and has been featured in Mashable and AdWeek, was named Executive Vice President. Lisa Garcia, an award-winning PR professional and former communicator for a national organization, was promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
