» Jacksonville-based tug-barge operator Trailer Bridge named Scott Fernandez chief commercial officer. The company reported a $2.3-million loss in 2010 and $10.4-million loss in the first quarter of 2011. It brought in Fernandez from Horizon Lines, where he worked for 24 years, most recently as vice president of sales for the eastern region and Puerto Rico.
