Studer Group Leads by Example in Improving Job Satisfaction
Company puts a priority on benchmarking employee satisfaction.

Healthcare: Studer Group pays 90% of the employee-only healthcare premium and 50% of dependents' premium for medical and dental. Life and disability insurance are 100% employer-paid.
Adoptions: The company will reimburse employees who have been with the company at least one year up to $3,000 for the adoption of a child, with a lifetime limit of two adoptions per employee.
Paid Leave: Six to eight weeks of 100% paid maternity leave; one week of 100% paid paternity leave for birth or adoption, which is extended to same-sex partners.
Extras: The company makes available onsite dry cleaning and an onsite car wash.
Time Off: Employees are allotted 48 hours per year to work in the community.
