› E-commerce pioneer Fulfillment Hub USA leads Florida business with $12 million projected annual revenue
E-commerce has been revolutionized in South Florida with Fulfillment Hub USA. › 24-hour liquor sales vote stalls; Commission to revisit at next meeting
The Brevard County Commission on Tuesday tabled a vote that would have allowed 24-hour alcohol sales in unincorporated Brevard after Commissioner Bryan Lober expressed reservations. In a public hearing Tuesday, Lober raised the concern that unrestricted hours of sale could lead to intoxicated drivers on the road at the same time as morning school bus routes, potentially endangering children and families.

› Fortegra Group expects about $119.5 million from IPO
The Fortegra Group Inc. revealed details of its proposed initial public offering in an updated Securities and Exchange Commission filing April 20. The Jacksonville-based specialty insurer said it expects to sell 8.3 million shares of common stock at $15 to $17 each. Investment company Tiptree Inc., which bought out Fortegra in 2014, will retain 82.7% of the stock after the IPO, the filing said.

› New owner plans to build apartments at St. Petersburg shopping plaza
Coquina Key Plaza, a St. Petersburg strip mall located near the corner of Sixth Street S and 45th Avenue, will be at least partially converted to apartments, according to the company that recently bought the property. Stoneweg US, a St. Petersburg real estate investment company, purchased the shopping center for $7.3 million on March 19, according to Pinellas County Property Appraiser records.
