› Larry King and his Tampa namesake plan to open a pizza place in Cheval
Kings Pizza will be headquartered inside the Tavern restaurant that is part of the Club at Cheval owned by King Jr. The Club at Cheval includes a fitness center, tennis courts and a semiprivate 18-hole golf course, all owned by King Jr. and located within Cheval, the gated community in Lutz. The two hope pizzas are baking by the end of the first quarter of 2021.

› Coral Gables seeks clean water pearl in native oysters
A proposed project to increase the population of native oysters, leading to cleaner waterways in Coral Gables, won support during Tuesday’s city’s commission meeting. Sponsored by Vice Mayor Vince Lago, the project asks the community to engage by creating habitation for native oysters, which is intended to help restore the city waterways and ecosystem.

› Jacksonville permits first warehouse at Lane Industrial Park
Construction can start on the first building at Lane Industrial Park in West Jacksonville. The city issued a permit Jan. 12 for Foresight Construction Group Inc. of Jacksonville to build the 161,355-square-foot Building 100 at 2282 Lane Ave. N. at a cost of $9.16 million. The structure is a warehouse building with office space.

› Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean cancel more sailings
Disney Cruise Line took March sailings off its website a while ago, but now the company has officially canceled sailings until April. Royal Caribbean has pushed its global sailing plans until at least May. The lines follow the earlier announcements from Carnival Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line and others that it once again push any return to sailing for another month amid the growing coronavirus pandemic. MSC Cruises still has March sailings from Florida on its website.
