› MOSH relocation could depend on Metropolitan Park, Shipyards swap
Jacksonville's Museum of Science & History’s plans announced Oct. 15 to relocate and build a new facility at the vacant Shipyards property could hinge on the future of the adjacent Metropolitan Park. The city-owned Shipyards is not immediately available for MOSH - or anyone - to develop, Downtown Investment Authority CEO Lori Boyer said Oct. 15.
› Shopping district signs sponsorship with luxury car brand
Fifth Avenue South, one of the toniest shopping districts in the Naples region, now has an official vehicle befitting its address: Porsche. The Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District announced an official sponsorship with Porsche Naples according to a statement. The deal provides the local dealership industry exclusivity as the official vehicle of Fifth Avenue South. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
