  • BALEENkitchen: What’s better than miles of uncrowded white-sand beaches? BRUNCH! From 12-3pm on Saturdays and Sundays for $49, Solé Miami’s on-site restaurant, BALEENkitchen brings an incredible, nomadic lifestyle to the table with a menu that celebrates the flavors of the world and design reflecting the same. Globally-inspired, locally-sourced, the location boasts gorgeous indoor and outdoor dining seating, and serves up eclectic brunch menu that includes fresh takes on dishes highlighting the land and nearby-sea are fused with exotic flavors and local produce, further paired with a robust list of craft cocktails and an extensive list of exotic takes on the classic Moscow Mule.
  • International Smoke: The recently opened Chef Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry restaurant is adding brunch to their line-up. Guests can expect the same flavorful dishes that are offered at lunch and dinner with specials that are only available during brunch including Jamaican Jerk Chicken and Waffles, Crème Brulee French Toast and French Omelet stuffed with Pork Belly. Bottomless Rose and Mimosas options are available along with popular cocktails like the Cold-Smoke Old Fashioned and Gina Jamaica. Brunch is available Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and on Sunday’s guest can listen to live music.

Celebrated Brunch Hotspots With New Offerings:

  • Zuma Miami’s famed Sunday brunch is now open for Saturdays! Incorporating the shared plate style of izakaya dining with a modern twist, guests will be greeted with a brunch cocktail as well as a savory selection of starters including seasonal oysters with ponzu and serrano pepper for the table. For the main course, diners can pick and choose between Zuma’s classic, signature or premium dishes including everything from spicy beef tenderloin to miso marinated black cod. Ending on a sweet note, a lofty Zuma dessert platter —towering with house-made treats, sorbets and exotic fruits—is delivered to the table.
