Yoga with the Fishes at The Florida Aquarium

| 8/13/2019

TAMPA, Fla., Tuesday, August 13, 2019 -  Start your day off with a gentle flow as sand tiger sharks, tropical fish, stingrays, and a sea turtle swim past you. Spend your Sunday morning with the serenity of the sea at The Florida Aquarium before it opens its doors to the general public. The Florida Aquarium and Pose by Pose Yoga have teamed up to bring early-morning yoga to downtown Tampa on special days. The first Flow with the Fishes yoga session takes place Sunday, August 25 at 8:00 a.m., at the Aquarium.

All levels are welcome to Flow with the Fishes in front of the half-million-gallon flagship exhibit, the Coral Reef, or one of the newest habitats, Heart of the Sea, as you perfect your boat pose.

With one of the Aquarium’s newest event offerings, experience The Florida Aquarium in a whole new way—or for the very first time—while connecting with nature and aquatic animals from around the world.

You'll leave feeling awake, energized, and ready to start your day. This class is for all levels of yoga, from those new to yoga to experienced yogis. Two instructors provide hands-on assists and individual adjustments. After class, spend the day at the Aquarium with 14,000 animals, learn more about the fishes you flowed with, play in our exciting outdoor Splash Pad kids' play zone, catch a movie at the 4D theater and more.
