Marc Auerbach has been appointed chief legal officer and general counsel at Genuine Health Group, a Miami-based, technology-focused healthcare company concentrating on value-based care. Mr. Auerbach will assist with transactions related to physician engagements and home healthcare, as well as managed care organizations and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
