› Sarasota-based apartment company closes deals worth $115 million
A Sarasota-based company specializing in buying and renovating apartment complexes on behalf of investors closed Monday on the the latest of two recent deals worth a total of $115 million. Insula Cos. sold The Glenn Apartments, a 396-unit complex located in Orlando, and bought The Estates at Countryside, a 320-unit complex in Clearwater.

› Dinner Key Marina far from recovered from Hurricane Irma
More than 16 months after Hurricane Irma tore up Dinner Key Marina, the City of Miami owned and operated facility in Coconut Grove remains far from its former glory. It is a slow process, but a major capital improvement project is poised to restore and rebuild the marina in the heart of the Grove.
