Hordes of Whole Foods Market fans swarmed Daniels Marketplace Wednesday to get a first look at the new south Fort Myers store. The plaza's parking lot was jam-packed all morning, with overflow parking stretching along Six Mile Cypress Parkway.
› Boca Raton-based prison operator Geo increased revenue, profits in third quarter
Prison and detention center operator The Geo Group saw its third-quarter profits increase to $39.3 million, or 33 cents a share, compared with $38.5 million, or 31 cents a share, in the year-ago quarter, according to earnings released Wednesday.
