accesso® Partnership with Google to Provide New Booking Capability for Its Clients

accesso® Named a Supported Scheduling Partner in Things to Do Vertical

| 10/15/2018

ORLANDO, Fla. (Oct. 10, 2018) – accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), a leading technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment and cultural markets, has partnered with Google to connect accesso clients with Google users through a new customer engagement channel.

Beginning in late Fall, accesso clients have the option to make their inventory bookable on Google Maps, Search and Assistant via accesso’s Ingresso distribution platform, which enables venues to distribute their tickets through global third-party distribution channels in real-time. When searching for things to do in their area, Google users will be able to purchase tickets to accesso-supported venues and entertainment directly from Google Search, Maps and the Assistant. In addition to basic contact information and hours of operations, consumers will see a “Find Tickets” button in search results (a schedule icon when using the Assistant), which opens the reservation interface where users can complete their ticket purchase.

From theme parks, to museums, to live events, Google users will have the option to seamlessly purchase tickets from hundreds of attractions within accesso’s robust client portfolio. The option to extend reach through Reserve with Google will come at no additional cost to accesso clients utilizing the Ingresso platform.

“This integration with Reserve with Google speaks to the ever-evolving ways guests purchase tickets to their favorite venues around the globe.” said Paul Noland, accesso CEO. “As a supported scheduling partner of Reserve with Google, we’re excited for this opportunity to provide added value to our clients.”

In addition to connecting users to activities and events via the things to do vertical, Reserve with Google also allows users to discover, book and pay for beauty/wellness visits, fitness classes and more directly from Google Search, Google Maps, the Assistant and the Reserve with Google website.
