2018 Voter Guide to Florida’s Constitutional Amendments

In November, Floridians will vote on 12 proposed amendments to the Florida Constitution. As part of its mission to improve taxpayer understanding and government accountability, Florida TaxWatch has released the 2018 Voter Guide to Florida’s Constitutional Amendments. This guide contains expert analysis and includes ballot title and summary, origin of the amendment, projected outcome if the amendment passes or fails, pro-and-con arguments, and more. The guide reflects the latest revisions (i.e. Amendment 8 was removed from the ballot by the Florida Supreme Court on the grounds tht the ballot title and summary were "misleading").
