A class-action lawsuit contends that Florida Prepaid has violated its agreement when it comes to students who attend universities outside the state. One in five Floridians plan to move this year

Summer for most people means warmer weather, backyard barbeques, family vacations, and moving season. Nearly one in five Floridians (19%) in a recent AAA Consumer Pulse™ survey, plan to move within the next year. Of those who plan to move, 17% will be moving out of state.
