AgAmerica Lending

#34 SMALL Company

AgAmerica Lending celebrates agriculture and the critical role of the American farmer. As the nation’s premier land lender, AgAmerica is there for farmers and ranchers in good times and bad. The team of AgAmericans has a deep respect for the land and understands the volatility in farming. They focus on serving the 2.1 million family farms in America by reducing friction and providing a spectrum of loan products that support long-term production and success.

In addition to the important work of supporting the American farmer, the AgAmerica team values a culture of community engagement, leadership development, and fostering a family-oriented atmosphere.

Through the AgAmerica Foundation, AgAmericans engage in community involvement through quarterly community service projects. In the past year, involvement included Hurricane Irma neighborhood clean-up, plant nursery service, and Habitat for Humanity workdays. Additionally, the AgAmerica team was awarded the United Way of Central Florida’s “Best New Campaign of 2017.”

At the Lakeland headquarters, the leadership team prioritizes a dynamic team culture that encourages growth of talent through external leadership consulting as well as creating opportunities to connect through food truck lunches, outings at Top Golf, quarterly reconnects, and annual off-site retreats.

Each team member plays an essential role in the execution of AgAmerica’s mission. In a changing world, AgAmerica commits their talent and days to championing all that the American farmer represents.
