Health Dept. orders sales stopped on new cannabis product
The Florida Department of Health on Monday ordered a medical-marijuana operator to stop selling a “whole flower” product sold for use in vaporizers but which can easily be smoked, saying the product is not permitted. More from the AP and WJXT.

Florida law will crack down on patient brokering
Under the new law, it will be illegal for any person to knowingly misrepresent the identity, location or services of a licensed provider as part of the effort to lure a prospective patient.
