Among 10 top executives at Florida's biggest companies, seven got big raises while three had their pay cut.

» Michael Kasbar

Michael Kasbar, chairman, president and CEO of Miami-based World Fuel Services, received $5.5 million in stock awards last year, pushing his total compensation to $7.7 million.

» James Robo

James Robo, chairman, president and CEO of Juno Beach-based NextEra Energy, formerly FPL Group, received $12.2 million in total compensation, up from $10.4 million the year before.

» Robert Dutkowsky

Tech Data CEO Robert Dutkowsky saw his pay package jump more than fourfold to $7.6 million.

» Roland Smith

Office Depot CEO Roland Smith received a $3.2-million bonus but no stock awards, pushing his total compensation down 74% to $5.1 million.

» Mike Jackson

AutoNation paid Chairman, President and CEO Mike Jackson $10.6 million, including stock options valued at $7.1 million and a $2.1-million bonus.

» Arnold Donald

Carnival President and CEO Arnold Donald's $8.7-million pay package included more than $190,000 in personal aircraft use.

» Mark Mondello

St. Petersburg-based Jabil Circuit boosted CEO Mark Mondello's stock awards to $5.5 million, up from $3.6 million the year before.

» David Gallitano

WellCare Health Plans of Tampa paid former interim CEO David Gallitano $5.4 million, including $300,000 in housing and car allowances.

» Michael Ward

Michael Ward, chairman, president and CEO of CSX in Jacksonville, saw his total compensation decline 19% to $10.1 million.

» James Lillie

Boca Raton-based Jarden pulled back on CEO James Lillie's stock awards, cutting his pay almost in half to $10 million.
