Do employers who demand access to their workers' Facebook or Twitter accounts go too far?

Some Florida lawmakers think so, and are advancing a measure that tries to ban employers from requiring that workers or prospective employees turn over user-names, passwords or other means to access their social media accounts.

But Florida's powerful business lobby is already pushing back, arguing the law could make it harder for them to conduct investigations and might get them sued.
