“We work really hard, but we really want to enjoy what we do every day. Part of that is to create a fun environment from a physical standpoint. Our office has been designed for what we call the urban playground. It has graffiti artwork and a chain-link fence. There is some really funky art. We have hired local artists to create for us. Part of the office design was a centrally located kitchen area, and we hired a local chef to bring in fresh fruit, vegetables, yogurts and cheese, snacks like that, along with individually portioned premade lunches that are more on the healthy side. Lunchtime has become an event here.”
