I purchased a list but either didn't download it immediately and no longer have my link, or need to download it again. How can I do that?
Answer: If you need to download a list that you have already purchased, click on the PROFILE tab at the top of any page, or the Log in here link in the top right hand corner. Once you have logged in, you will have access to any files that you have purchased within the past month.
Why do I need a User ID and Password?
Answer: Your User ID and Password maintains your purchase history, not just for Florida Trend records, but more importantly, for your own records so that you can easily check whether you have already purchased a list previously. By accessing your User ID profile, you are able to check your purchase history and download a list again should the need arise. While this User ID is currently created independently of your regular Florida Trend Web User ID and password, we are working towards a solution that will allow you to use your Florida Trend Web User ID and Password. We appreciate your patience while we work at resolving this problem.

Answer: If you would like for your company to be considered for inclusion on an upcoming Florida Trend TopRank List, simply click on the SUBMIT DATA tab at the top of the TopRank Lists/Data Joe pages. Then provide us with the information requested in our small survey form, checking off which lists you feel your organization may qualify for.
