U.S. employers continued to add jobs at a steady pace and the unemployment rate fell in November, a sign of stronger economic growth.
More than 260,000 Floridians will lose long-term unemployment benefits in 2014 unless Congress extends them before year’s end.
Money for the 44 projects is coming from a $1 billion fund BP created in 2011. Of the projects, 16 have been added in Florida since a preliminary announcement last spring.
