» Orlando-based CNLBank promoted Lynne Wines to president and COO. Wines, previously CEO of CNLBank's south Florida division, will oversee banking operations in Jacksonville, Orlando, south Florida and Naples/Southwest Florida.

» John O. Burden has been named president of Old Florida National Bank after serving as executive vice president and senior lender. The Orlando-based bank opened in April and now has eight branches, 90 employees and more than $315 million in assets. In other appointments, John Christman is the new COO, Cary Berman is executive vice president of retail lending, and Jeff Phillips is senior vice president and senior lender. Randy Burden is chairman and CEO.

» The Sanford Airport Authority has renamed Geof Longstaff chairman. The chair of Mercantile Capital Corp. in Altamonte Springs is serving his fifth one-year term.
