Realtors believe prices have finally reached the bottom — after a bruising six years in which the median home price fell 55%. Tim Harber, president of Space Coast Realtors, says buyers — many of whom are paying cash — are enticed by the reduced prices. But certain areas are doing better than others. Cocoa Beach in particular is doing well, he says, but Palm Bay is struggling with too much inventory.
