» AlphaStaff Group in Fort Lauderdale, one of the nation’s largest PEOs serving 70,000 employees, appointed John Gibson CEO, replacing Jay Starkman, who had led the firm’s rapid growth as president since 2002 and CEO since 2004. Gibson was president of Convergys’ division that provides HR outsourcing to global companies.
