Florida has the most fraud complaints in the nation

Fraud and identity theft are statewide problems. More fraud complaints are made in Florida than any other state, according to the Federal Trade Commission. Last year, 269,117 fraud complaints were filed — or 1,306 complaints out of every 100,000 residents. More from the Northwest Florida Daily News.

Appeals court rules in favor of Florida monkey farms

A Florida appeals court has quashed a lawsuit against Hendry County over two of its its monkey farms once and for all.
