Delray Beach , FL – On Thursday, September 28, 2017, Representative Emily Slosberg will join Representative Lori Berman, the Office of Congresswoman Lois Frankel and other elected officials, representatives from the Agency of Healthcare Administration, representatives from AMR, representatives of the Florida Health Care Association, all of whom support protecting our most vulnerable.

The round table, will bring together leaders from the long term care profession, who will discuss Florida's nursing centers and the unique level of care required for residents during natural disasters. In addition, the roundtable will discuss ideas for proposed legislation and the rules related to equipping nursing centers with generators, including technical issues, implementation, regulatory requirements and funding sources.
