Risking all to relocate

florida Linda Toffolon was already looking to relocate her 1950s-era diner when the shoe dropped: the tenant with whom she shared her current site planned to close his doors. Now, Daytona Diner needed a new location fast, with parking, access to city services and a family-friendly feel. Toffolon turned to the Florida SBDC at Daytona State College for aid in crafting a site selection plan.
