José Soler, P.E. brings more than 20 years of experience as a professional civil engineer to the Port of Palm Beach. Overseeing multi-million dollar budgets, he specializes in the management and execution of seaport, marine, roadway, water distribution, and infrastructure projects. Soler earned his Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico's Mayaguez Campus.
