KAST’s executive team recently attended a leadership retreat at West Point Academy where they spent three days with retired Generals and high ranking military officers. In addition to the West Point training, KAST hosted retired Navy Seal Jocko Willink to discuss leadership principals and his book “Extreme Ownership.” The book was so inspirational to KAST’s leadership team, they asked Jocko to be the keynote speaker at KAST’s company-wide meeting.
